They'd better get that Floyd/Manny fight done, one of these years. . .

the Canelo fight was frustrating too; he was definitely tagging Gomez pretty good, but that stoppage was way early in my opinion.
Overall, definitely an annoying card, seems like it had the opportunity to be so much better.

The inverse could be true, easily: That Manny would need to beat Floyd to cement his own legacy as well. Don't discount Floyd. Nobody is a better defensive fighter, nobody.

Manny Pacquiao - Couple that with the fact that he might be the most well-conditioned athlete in any sport

I love Manny as much as the next guy, and agree he's certainly one of the most well-conditioned athlete's in the world, but Georges St. Pierre of the UFC clearly holds the top title. GSP is a freak of nature. Manny may do a couple little things on the side...politics, spend time with his family, etc. I don't even think GSP goes to the movies, the guy's entire life is eating right, conditioning and kicking ass.

Great point about GSP. Amazing athlete. I hope that A. Silva/GSP happens at some point.
