Friday - grilled wild steelhead, grilled asparagus, rice. 2006 Etude Pinot Noir Deer Camp.

Saturday - grilled marinated skirt steak, roasted red potatoes, haricot verts. 2003 Chateau St. Jean Cinq Cepages, 2005 Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley.

Last night - linguine with prawns, cherry tomatoes, capers and garlic. 2007 St. Clement Chardonnay Abbott's Vineyard.
last night - roasted chicken breast filet, sliced, and served over thin spaghetti with a touch of white truffle oil. salad of roquette arugula, blush wine vinaigrette, basil leaves, chipotle flakes, fresh parm, and a splash of olive oil. and lastly, broiled oyster mushrooms with with salt, pepper, and a little powdered parm.

paired with a 2006 Argyle Reserve Pinot... i haven't quite gotten to Pinot's yet, but this may be my first "Wow" pinot.

Last night - DnVsMom made some chili, and we went to a friends for a BBQ. Muenster stuffed cheeseburgers, and fries, topped with shredded cheese and smothered in chili. Modelo on tap, 2008 Etude Rose, a Sobon zin, and then assorted cabs with the highlight being a 2002 St. Clement Cabernet magnum. Smile
