I only went there one time. My wife did not enjoy it; so we never went back...
Let Provençal in Coral Gables...used to be a staple. I will not miss it...never went. But they just spent a bunch of $ on remodeling.

Doesn't sound like you "lost" it then. No RIP?

No RIP...not overly into French cuisine. Very heavy and rich. Although there are a few exceptions.
Chez Jean Pierre is closing down. A fantastic place, one of the best restaurants in Palm Beach. A real shame. I will miss the frozen hazelnut soufflé.
In Baltimore. Lots of casualties from the virus.
Alexander Browns, elegant downtown restaurant. Owners spent a gazillion dollars on renovating a building standing since the 19th century. Just beautiful. Excellent food, wine, service. Never took off. I ate there during a "soft opening." Came back after it opened around 3 weeks later and was greeted by name.
Milton Inn. Beautiful country place. Old Stone building. dating from the 18th century. Fine Dining. Ate here once with Gentleman Farmer. Chef/owner Brian Boston extremely talented.
Ciao Bella. In Little Italy. Got some financial backing from Ravens' retired linebacker Ray Lewis, but event that defensive move couldn't save the restaurant.
City Cafe. A nice midtown place. Perfect before or after the symphony. Made a great Aperol spritz. Food was quite good.
Clyde's in Columbia. Very popular since 1975. Very loud and very ordinary. I never cared for it.
And many more.

San Diego chain Soup Plantation.
Yeah, that format (going through a buffet-like line and building your own salad) isn't coming back any time soon, if ever.
I’m a little surprised to see self-serve hot food and salad bars back at grocery stores. I’m guessing that’s a decent money-maker for them, though. Jersey Mike’s and Chipotle are a no-go for me right now, given that some Jabroni can cough into the ingredients.

I have avoided buffets for over 30 years. Too many folks coughing, sampling, placing food back etc. Even at some high end places [fyi - The Breakers] with low class people

This happened about two months ago.
