I know someone who will trade his recent releases.
I have many wines to consume-I think they are ready- and would like to begin my retirement cellar.
I am looking for reds that will age for six to fifteen years. I try to follow the professional wine drinkers ratings but I value the opinions of the forumites, also. Over the years I realized that many of you are knowledgeable and have been at it a long time. I prefer California. I want to purchase fewer but better long term wines. I have run out of storage and purchasing two long term instead of 24 short term wines will help, until I can drink up enough to balance out.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
