Looking for a recipe for celery root gratin, anyone?

It works when julienned then prepared in steam with turnip followed by seasoning including my own roasted limon rind powder and white truffle oil.

I've made this recipe from Food and Wine twice with great success. The accompanying tenderloin recipe is also excellent.
