Also congrats on the new house. My younger brother is presently going through the same experience. Let me tell you, the real estate market in Washington is completely bonkers. When condos approach a half million dollars, something very odd is going on (and it is not even in DC proper!).

We kinda put the cart in front of the horse on this one, but feel our house will probably sell within 1-2 weeks - great location, nice size, nice lot & landscaping, etc. And truly, one of the very few homes (compared to what we've looked at) that is in 'move in condition'.

I'd like to get some of the people who write up their home's description for flyers to write my TN's...y'all think I'm verbose?!?!?
