- "cream cheese taco" dip w/ Tostidos
- creamy spinach dip served in a pumpernickel loaf
- fresh fruit w/ a sugar/cream cheese dip
- American Flag sheet cake (this is a good one because it is light and looks like the American flag... make a rectangular sheet cake for as many as will be at the party. Spread home made whipped cream all over it, use strawberries for the red stripes and blueberries for the top corner).
- A platter w/ fresh beefsteak tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil drizzled w/ EVOO and balsamic
- "Cheeses from around the world" platter

I think he said "knock your socks off" carry ins. Not sure if Mexican 7-layer dip would knock my socks off.
