I have a beef tenderloin marinating in S&P, olive oil, rosemary, and minced garlic. Folded the thin end back over and tied to create uniformity. Will be doing a reverse sear. This will go on the Weber grill tonight, paired with green salad, asparagus, homemade artisan bread, and a 2017 Flying Trout cab.
