After a few days of Disney resort food, I'm glad to be back home. Tonight went out for a business meeting and had a great ribeye.

Last night, freshly caught (by JC and me) yellowtail, roasted whole, stuffed with herbs and lemon. Couscous with sun dried tomatoes and feta, roasted zucchini and salad.

Ditto. We love yellowtail. When we're in Florida we have yellowtail or grouper almost every other night.

For me as well, grouper is one of my favorite fish.

It was a solid wine, but not what it should have been.
Going to Bone's here in the ATL for our 5yr anniversary dinner tomorrow. I'm so excited that I had to post it a day early. Two kids in three years doesn't afford us the opportunity to get out much these days.
I can't wait to start cooking again. We are in a hotel until we can find a place to live.
