Last night was May. Or were you still picking at the plate at midnight? Cool
I think I may have still been sipping on the wine watching sportscenter at midnight. Does that count? Wink

Lucky! King or Shinook sockeye ? Get a good deal?

Sockeye. Cool

Nice! I prefer Sockeye over King myself. I like the robust flavors.
Of course, my bad, I'd been thinking sockeye, and tried to write chinook, which is the same as King of course.

Last night, grilled farmer's market asparagus, homemade Greek salad, pasta with homemade red sauce and, chilis and grilled shrimp. And, homemade key lime pie for dessert! Mmmmm! It was a busy afternoon in the kitchen.

Yeah, congrats redknife! BTW, how did you make your mac and cheese. I'm seeing a lot more "gourmet" mac'n cheese and they are quite yummy.

Cons I actually did not make it. There is a deli near my house that has pretty good (rich and tasty) mac'n cheese. I just add a few drops of truffle oil at home.
