We are having yellowtail snapper Matecumbe tonight - inspired by a menu item from the Fish House in Key Largo - where we often stop for meals on pre-trip drives to Miami before trips

Topped with fresh tomatoes, shallots, fresh basil, capers, olive oil and lemon juice

Its really delicious.  Great place (no view or outside light) but if anyone ever goes beware it is freezing there.  We always go in jeans with jackets (as we are usually flying somewhere) - the tourists are all in t-shirts and shorts and it usually feels like it is 68 degrees in that place (or less)
