These were great, two different jerk marinades were used for the mahi and the shrimp, shaved red cabbage(raw), gaucamole(SP?), and mango salsa. Highly recommend trying this and I will call my friend today and get the recipe for the mango salsa. The sangria turned out good and went well with it, just sort of did it off the cuff,2 btls of unoaked tempernillo,1 pt spiced rum,2 oranges,1 grannie smith,3 peaches,1 pineapple,20 strawberries, 1 pt of raspberries and maybe 1/2 cup of sugar. Went to see King Kong for dessert and returned back to the sangria, it was much better when the flavors came together. Cheers!!
