How did you do the glaze? Sounds interesting. I just did tenderloin marinaded in soy,Worchester(SP?), garlic, and a tad bit of black and red pepper on the grill last night...YUM!!! Big Grin

Actually, I marinated it all day. I forgot to mention, I also included garlic in the marinade. It really was yummy! I liked throwing in something like brown sugar or honey for some sweetness, though balsamic adds some.
