It already edited the title of this thread. It originally didn't know the year changed on January 1st. The coarseness of the title is perfectly in keeping with its character. And yes, ArieS, it will certainly start the thread each month. Normally it starts the thread a few minutes after midnight on the 1st of the month. Nobody else even bothers to start it anymore.
I had one of the best burgers ever at a friends house last night and when I asked her how she got it so light and juicy at the same time she said that she put in lots of stale bread crumbs and bought real good quality lean beef. I never tried crumbs in hamburgers but have used it in meatballs (with pork and veal) but they get cooked in sauce later so it isn't the same as with burgers. I don't know if she was just putting me on but man if bread crumbs make that much of a difference then sign me up.

Drank some pretty lousy beer though. Funny, I never had plain Budwiser before, and it is pretty lousy as beer goes.
I said I had Indian food with an old friend...I didn't say I had an old friend for dinner...gee, get the wording correct from Silence of the Lambs Wizard Big Grin

Tonight:
Ribeye brushed with this new EVOO I just got (Tenuta del Numerouno)
Side salad tossed with this awesome champagne honey mustard dressing
Organic macaroni and cheese
Michel Cluizel 64% and 65%
Saturday night for the wife's birthday I had Tellicherry Peppercorn-Crusted Rack of Wild Boar
with Warm Peruvian & Yukon Gold Potato Salad, Nueske's Bacon, & Broccoli Rabe. It was a toos up between that and the lamb chops, I was not dissappointed. My wife had a venison dish that was quite good also, it was a great night out all around.
