-29c here at the cottage and not driving the diesel suv for 2 days means im waiting for CAA to help me start the bloody thing...
The fuel is probably a similar consistency to playdough!
Congratulations, Ottawa! Your overnight low of -29 made you the coldest capital city on earth, even beating out reigning champ Ulan Bator, Mongolia. You must be so proud!

Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old global warming...
It was 78 today and its a causal work week so I wore shorts and flips to work. There was a slight chill in the air when I left the gym tonight at 6.

I hate it when it dips under 70 and I have to put on a sweater. Winter can be kind of hard in SoCal but spring is just around the corner.
We had a cold week and next week is forecast to not go above 40 degrees. While many of you are laughing at this, this is very cold for coastal SC. I got my one day of golf in two weeks in yesterday when we broke 50 degrees for like six hours.

Was 3 this morning when I walked the dog. Fortunately, he was finished quickly. Gotta love him.

Forecasting 1 to 3 inches of snow for Myrtle Beach area today.
From what I've read this thing is basically a snow hurricane. Starting off the coast of Fl and running up the east coast.
It's only 0F here this morning with an expected high in the 20's today. Respite after a week of below zero highs, so of course that means snow before the temperature drops back down to below zero on the weekend.
Not great ski weather.

A little warmer than it needs to be in Park City, really, really need more snow!

Love this stuff that goes north!!!
We have never put our heat on. That may change tonight, tomorrow, and Friday.
It is very similar to a hurricane in that where the high pressure system goes dictates where the snow goes.

Yeah, the “weather bomb” did not come from Canada.
