I was X-C skiing the other day and I spooked up a duck from the little short pool of a small stream that was actually not covered in ice.

Saturday- bought new golf clubs. (TaylorMade Speed blades). And, a new bag.
It was 68 beautiful degrees!

Last night (sunday) into today we got another 5 or so inches of snow.

Wow. I was quite literally about to type "I think we're done with the snow here" and I glanced up to look out the window... And it's snowing.

But the forecast for the rest of the week and into next week is a high of 4-5 Celsius each day. Please make it so.

I got about 8 inches. The worst part is that I am supposed to get deliveries from Kutch and Patricia Green today. I did not initiate the deliveries.

I got home after work to find about .5 inch of snow tonight - so far. It's still coming down. WTF. It was 72 on Saturday.

It's supposed to get down to 38 degrees in Houston tonight.

Over 40 years ago I decided that I didn't have to live in the uppa US. It puzzles me that my brother has decided to retire to Escanaba.

It snowed most of the day here in Santa Fe yesterday.

Highs this coming week in the low 70s and night time lows in the upper 40s...this is my kind of July!

It's been cool here this summer and I, for one, am absolutely loving it.

Wow! The winter ice pack, and now all this rain, has really bumped the lake levels up on Lakes Michigan and Huron. That's a good thing, as they were at or near record lows.
