Completed my Grand Sommelier program and I am the best at pairing food with wine and anything! I can pair Cognac, Eau de vie , Armagnac with the PERFECT cigar, and I am especially best at pairing dessert with the finest accompaniment. World's top 5, hands down. Scored 100% on my blind tasting, top 3 score ever overall! Big Grin

This guy can't possibly be the best food/wine cigar/spirits pairer, because that would be me. He's clearly a distant second, maybe even third given MeritageMan keen olfactory powers. I once paired Parakari with Bird Nest Soup. I know what you're going to say parakari is classically served with giant river otter from Essequibo River, but it was a match made in heaven. Reminds me of Annie Get Your Guns, "Anything you can do I can do better."

Bah! Pairing wine with food is sooooooo last year.

I, on the other hand, am an expert in pairing wine with wine.

Why, just the other day I was enjoying a bottle of wine and thought to myself, "You know would go perfectly with this? Another bottle of wine!"
