Simple and tasty -
skinless wild salmon
bread crumbs
tarragon
cheyenne pepper
olive oil
pecans
Mix bread crumbs, tarragon, pepper, pecans with olive oil (use enough olive oil to just make everything stick together), apply about 1/4 inch of the bread crumb mixture across salmon
Using a cedar plank, grill for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. If you don't use the cedar plank, can grill with skin on salmon.
