It was fun for her. A little time on TV and to be so close to the PM is a pretty exciting thing for a 10 year old.

I, on the other hand, had to stand outside at the side of the building waiting for 2.5 hrs for the whole thing to complete....

Nope, she was one of the singers in the choir that sang Oh Canada.

We had a nice walk along the La Jolla cliffs this morning, beautifully sunny and warm enough for shorts and T-shirt. Have to pack now for the flight back to the True North, where it's presently 45°F with rain forecast for the rest of the week.

It is very hard to motivate myself to pack.

Burbank CA, at Warner Bros. watching the taping of The Big Bang Theory. While not as good as in the earlier seasons, as one into science, I've always appreciated their non-woo approach.

Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta for the week

Fulfilling a promise I made to my kids 9 years ago to take them here. Just arrived and spent an hour walking around the pool complex. Kids are in heaven. Gonna be a great week!
