Other than 3 days in Captiva - ours was in February.
I will say, they seem to be doing well here so far with what we have seen with precautions etc.

One of my very favorite places in all of Mexico. We always stay at the Rosewood property and highly recommend.
Enjoy.

We are at the Belmond but had drinks last night at the Rosewood - very nice
Back in Key West. Mexico was wonderful and felt very safe coronavirus-wise. Far better than here
After a two year absence, my wife and I are back in Puerto Vallarta. We both got our shots in plenty of time to develop "full" immunity, whatever that may entail. We still wear our masks when not eating or swimming. Most of the town seems to have taken COVID protocols seriously, with limiting shoppers in businesses, mandatory masks, and disinfectant and temperature checks before allowing anyone inside. Walking around town, I'd say at least 50%+ of the locals and visitors are wearing masks outside.
Good news/bad news at the resort where we're staying. Good news: there's been a couple dozen 20-ish swimsuit models posing at the resort for the past few days. So, yeah, swimsuit models! Bad news, neither they, nor their douchey boyfriends/handlers/photographers are wearing masks when not posing. (Also, they are not tipping the hard-working folks at this AI, which pisses me off mightily.) Otherwise, we are enjoying the weather and great local seafood.
Next week quick trip to Mexico City with friends for my birthday
Arrived in Mexico City. Very easy and good time in both airports and flight
Back from another great visit to Mexico City.
The Bodegas Henri Lurton wines we had were probably the best of this trip - although basically everything we had was good to great
Back from Clearwater Beach Florida, home of the maskless.

Should add Mexico still had very high level of mask/sanitizing and temp checks - similar to October with perhaps a little slippage. Of course, they are way behind on the vaccine so . . .

Don't know if it's still there but when we visited in 1997 (!), there was a tiny hotel on-site called 'El Condor'. On top of the mountain, right in the middle of the ruins. Waking up in that hotel, watching the sun rise over the Andes before the tourist hordes arrived is one of the top ten moments of my life. Pure magic.
Enjoy, A & S. Hope you're both doing well.
Mont Tremblant. First visit. Won't be the last.

Hotel there is now a Belmond. Had lunch there and stayed at 2 other Belmonds in Sacred Valley and Cusco
Back in Lima airport on way home after 3 days in Amazon with no phone or internet
Marseille. Here for ten days. Life can be good, despite Covid.
My basement. Been here for 547 days.
Out at deep creek lake, Maryland for the weekend. Was 45 this morning at dog walking time. Refreshing after a hot and humid summer. Some R&R this weekend.
Just got back to the hotel after some amazing speeches on environment/biodiversity/conservation finance from French President Macron, Prime Minister of Greece (Kyriakos Mitsotakis), Christine Lagarde (head of the European Central Bank) and.....Harrison Ford. Yes, I am name-dropping. Guilty as charged. But, if they can move the conservation "needle," I will gladly truckle. A fucking amazing evening. Now we need action. As Harrison Ford said, we need to stop talking and "effing get to work."

Agree 100%. But, not to be a downer, in the mega-partisan politics of the US I see zero chance of anything meaningful happening unless the Dems can get something through via reconciliation. And that seems remote too, with Manchin and Sinema probably not supportive.
Now, if the Dems were to hold the House and pick up Senate seats (Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, maybe even Ohio and North Carolina (if nutso Trumpanzees win Republican nominations in those states) while holding Arizona and Georgia, then there could be a fighting chance!
Meanwhile, much of the rest of the world moves on without the US.....

Whatever you do it he says would you like to go for a plane ride? Just say no!
New York. Honestly i am a bit tired of the hustle in the big city and very excited to move to the warmer state and smaller town. Any moving tips? What moving companies are the best in your opinion? So far these guys have the best offer https://expomovers.com/ on the transportation and packing services, did someone use this company before?

After my first flight in 20 months, Austin, TX.
I'm from Bangladesh. I have great interest in traveling. I hope I will get some good advice for my next adventure.

Enjoy! Let us know the important info, like where/what you are eating/drinking.
And, a comment on Covid and its effect (or not) on the trip would be appreciated.
Will provide detailed report when back. Being in Paris and Europe generally is magical given the last 2 years.
Why we cannot have the health pass system like they do makes no sense - actually as we are a country of morons [almost 50% anyway] it makes complete sense. QR Code on phone to prove vaccination required to enter restaurants, museums etc.
We drink mostly house Rhone or Provence red with lunch, tons of champagne - Taitinger and Laurent Perrier at hosted meals. Now having Moet 2009 Rose. Marc Brocard Chablis. Last night was all Italian - weird but it was an event at Italian restaurant
Mostly just very happy to be here and appreciating it all. Have not been to Paris in a very long time. Far more English spoken here now
Oh and a decent a.ount of Right Bank Bordeaux. Nothing particularly well known.
Moved from right bank of Paris to left. Tomorrow back to Key West
