Google Plus?

Never heard of it.

On there, but haven't fiddled with it yet. Big benefit as I see it is the ability to slot different friends in different groups. So, college/high school buddies who post mildly embarrassing photos get slotted differently than work acquaintances and the in-laws.

Same here. I'm on there but so far mostly just playing with it here and there as I have time. As IB said the biggest benefit is being able to place people in circles. That I have my wine buddies in 1 circle, my family in another, work colleagues in another. You can quickly and easily bounced back and forth between these with a click of the mouse instead of messing around with those clumsy groups under Facebook.

The Sparks feature is kind of interesting.

I haven't used it, but I certainly like what signing up 10M users in two weeks helped do for the stock price yesterday.

I love applications that generate 5-10 more SPAM message to my email every day. My first reaction is 'how do I make this crap stop?'

I like the 10 way video chat feature, that could be really cool - haven't tried yet, though.

The circles thing is a good idea - but look, really, the benefit of any social media is the network effect - so it's not gonna eclipse FB till all your friends are on it too. I've gotta think that once all the early adopters are in, it'll slow down.
