Good point. Of course, I'm also used to taking Canadian change at par and using it interchangably with the US coins.

Yep, get a Dell,

My home desktop and my personal laptop are both Dells. You can customize them any way you want and they have performed well.

My work laptop is a Compaq Eos Laptop that has performed pretty well too. Unfortunately they have just been bought out by H.P. ie. (Hewlitt Packard, Horrible Problems).

I.B.M.= Inept Buisness Machine!!!

I had an IBM once and I vow I will never again. They made it impossible for you to upgrade much in the way they bundled the sound card, modem and more. After many attempts to do many different things to improve my IBM (I did actually bump the memory up successfully), I gave up. I ran that machine into the ground and bought a Gateway, which is great (although, I would not buy another one since reports indicate that the new Gateways are using questionably cruddy parts).

My next machine will be either a Dell, or, preferably, an Alien Ware computer -- mu-hu-hu-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!

So much fun I could just s&*(

You know, flwino, sometimes when I'm having so much fun that I could $hit, I invariably get into a state where I actually don't know whether to $hit or go blind, and so I usually just close one eye and fart gently.

I know it's not exactly the same thing, but it's certainly in the ballpark.
