Apart from Eric Ripert’s Le Bernardin cookbook, I’m looking for recommendations for a cookbook for fish and seafood for a person who already has most of the basics down and is a reasonably good home cook. Are there any go-to books I should look for?  It is Ok if it has some meat and veggie recipes, too, but fish and seafood is the primary endeavor here. I’d go for Michael White’s book on the strength of Marea, but that doesn’t seem where the focus of the book is. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
