My wife and I will be trying a Cuban/Carib. restaurant in Edgewater N.J. called Rebbecas.Is anyone familiar with their menu?Would also like a red wine suggestion.Thanks.

Spanish tempranillo based reds like Rioja usually go very well with Cuban food. Here in S. FL I eat quite a bit of it. Second choice would be Grenache based Spanish wines and French wines like Cotes du Rhone.
My first choice would be a Rose Champagne. But for a red, I'd want something with brighter fruits and a lot of acidity. A Cru Beaujolais, perhaps. Maybe a Barbera.
