Eek Eek

I thought you knew I had a roommate. Smile

Wink

Have you tried this wine?

I have not yet, but Bedrock wines are getting some good run amongst those in the Napa/Sonoma scene. I have heard very good things.

I'm thinking you would enjoy the wines.

I am thinking you are correct. I am reasonably certain that I would enjoy them more than Kosta Browne (not a fan).

2001 Chateau D'Arche Sauternes. Incredible!
Interesting to hear. I had this last year, and it was good but not incredibly good -- needed more acidity and weight.

Accepted. It was served by me last night to my big funder and he liked it, a lot. We got buzzed and it was a 375 ml bottle.

The winery was cleaned free of it rather early, just the 2001 vintage strangely.

Telling stuff, I stand by.

Left have you do bottles many how?

I have a 375mL of the 2005. Feeling like I should be waiting awhile still to drink it...

I would. I had it a year or so ago and it needs time, as do other '05s I've had in the past couple of years, with the possible exception of Doisy-Vedrines, which has been excellent every time, but yes, will get better.
