Over the past few nights:

2006 Buccella Merlot from magnum
2005 Jones Family Sisters
2006 Jones Family Sisters
2007 Jones Family Sisters
2007 Anderson's Conn Valley Eloge
2008 Anderson's Conn Valley Right Bank
2007 Rosenblum Pickett Road Petite Sirah
2008 Pride Chardonnay
3 Italian wines I can't recall (which is surprising because I could actually taste fruit and not just battery acid from them, so I figured the names would stand out to me Big Grin)

Thoughts Wine Sparty?

This was interesting, almost going to the dreaded "cherry cola" territory, but managed to stick to just being some good cherry fruit (as well as some hints of darker fruits on the palate) that made it quite enjoyable to drink. It was a bit hot, and wasn't showing much secondary flavors at this point, which kept me at 89 points for it. I definitely can see it coming together better in a year or so for an even better experience, at least that's what I'm hoping for my other bottle.

I so very rarely ever open a bottle of wine when I'm alone, but I think I will tonight.

D is still out of town at a Hunters Equestrian event ( she shows today and tomorrow) and I rarely ever get to truly enjoy my home, all alone. Cool

I have a new piece of art being delivered today, and I think I will open a couple of special bottles this evening.

Now I need to decide what I will be eating so I can select the wine. Cool
