Anyone know anything about the Columbia Valley EX LIBRIS Cabernet, bottled and cellared by Pendleton Cellars, in Kennewick, WA?

I just had a bottle (I'd give it an 88-89), but I can't find any information about it, and Pendleton Cellars don't even seem to have a web site. There is no information on the bottle's label, except what I gave above

Can't tell you a lot about it, but I've had a few bottles of the 03. For around $15, it's an excellent QPR. I bought it at Stirling Fine Wines, in New Jersey. According to their website, they now have the 04 in stock.

I have no problem knowing where to get it, I just wanted to know how come they keep such a low profile: Can't find a web site or a phone number. -- unless I'm missing something.

Is it common (or uncommon) for a wine to keep such personal info secret?
