grun, these people don't live adventurously. I asked what they eat and don't eat, so I'm actually a bit embarassed about the dinner. First, broiled flounder with the 2004 Belle Glos Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir. Then grilled marinated skirt steak with wild rice with herbs and a 2001 Marquis Philips Shiraz 9. Dessert will be fresh fruit with the 2003 Christoffel Urziger Wurzgarten Auslese ***. I wanted to expand their horizons, but they like their food plain and without sauce. They're friends. What's a wino to do?
