went to our local French bistro place last night. Got a prime rib with asparagus.  A bottle of some inexpensive and pretty ordinary Bordeaux.

Last night, reverse seared filet mignons, with grilled Spring onions, homemade rosemary/parmesan artisan bread, fresh corn on the cob, and potato salad. 

Tonight, I'm trying out a new technique that is supposed to yield a 5-hour pork butt.
