I'd try a Tokay Pinot Gris or a Dry Muscat with the Crepe St Jacques

Peas aren't exactly in season right now. I'd prefer to go with a more wintery root or squash based soup

Port Pork would probably call for a Pinot Noir. I'd stay away from the high powered Pinots and go with the lighter style.
