My wine cellar (about 600 bottles; 6' x 7') has a pretty consistent tempature without any cooling. Problem is, its consistent at around 64-65 degrees. I'm looking to keep some wines down there for 10 years, so I'm going to need to bring that temp down a little. I keep thinking that all I need to do is run some chilled water in a few loops around the ceiling (or around the permeter of the room at the ceiling), but I can't find any sort of chilling system that does that. Seems like a forced air system with ducts, etc, is overkill for 4-5 degrees of cooling.... Someone has got to have come up with some kind of solution to this. Anyone?
