I'll be heading to Cleveland soon and I am in need of an authentic Italian restaurant recomendation in Clevelands Little Italy. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks in advance!!

I cannot think of any restaurants in Cleveland's Little Italy that are authentic Italian... Valerio's might come closest. My strong suggestion would be to drive 3 minutes to University Circle and eat at L'Albatros. Rustic French, with an authentic "feel" to the food. Anyway, it is a phenomenal value and may hit your need for rustic food and is the best restaurant in that immediate area.
Chinato on East 4th downtown is a really nice spot for Italian, and the street itself is fun with a lot of cool spots
