Ha! Just the opposite here. The winter, fall and spring work well, but too darn hot to sit outside in the summer. Wink

I'd much rather smoke in 110 degree heat than 3 feet of snow and -20 degree cold!! Eek

After dinner, we retired to the patio for a double espresso and a 125 Aniversario Romeo y Julieta.

Mmmmm... Very nice, indeed. Cool

It's been too long.

Well, what only about 5 months until you enjoy your patio? (empty suit razz)

Sounds nice. We received a couple of inches of snow last night in the valley and 12-15 inches of new powder in the mountains. Today, not a cloud in the sky. The slopes are calling. Cool

I am so jealous. I have a huge craving right now. There is absolutely nowhere we can go to enjoy a cigar anymore. I might have to go for a walk in the -10 temp tonight. Not sure if I can handle the cigar with gloves on however.

There are days when I really want to fly down there just to give you an effin' noogie. Razz

Today at the range. La Gloria Cubana Maduro #6. Tasty. Oh, and it was 34 degrees. Balmy. Roll Eyes

It's been awhile since I've enjoyed a good cigar! I still have a wax sealed Gurhka made from pre-embargo cuban leaf, dipped in Louis XIII Cognac yet to enjoy.

Some of my favorites are AF lines- VSG, ,Don Carlos, Short stories, and when in a mellow mood/after dinner a good Ashton double magnum.

Mpls guy: My friend owns cigar shops in Maple Grove, Minnetonka, and Burnsville- Tobacco Grove and "Burn". A must stop in!

Big Grin

If you look at our housing values (only down 3.3%) most of Arizona and Florida also wish they were here currently. Wink

On a side note, I forgot my sunscreen yesterday and have added a touch of color today. Razz

LOL all I see out my front window is dirty snow and mud. The winter "thaw" is such an ugly time of the year. Right now its +8c a few days and -18c the next few. Frown

Thats amazing on the real estate front. But hows the value of your wine portfolio doing? Wink
W+A and WIML; I will report that I am the cause of your success. I left my home in Preston Trials (North Dallas)in 1990 after successfully selling it for $40K less than I paid in 1986. I thought I had cut a fat hog by just selling it.

After my departure the real estate market has been going strong. That house is now worth more than triple what I sold it for! Eek

See what can happen if an area gets rid of just one bad egg! It had to have been me! Big Grin

I'm surprised it is only worth three times. A great area for sure, and even better since they kicked the Nelson out to the Four Season's. Wink

What do you enjoy drinking with your cigar?

I'm not picky. A cool 20 yr. Tawny would be my preference, but a juicy Cali red or even vodka tonic will do.
