I hope this works.
A rich, sweet red wine is often the perfect partner for a chocolate dessert. Banyuls, from France's Roussillon region, has the right thick texture, along with a higher than usual alcohol content and terrifically concentrated sweet plum and cocoa flavors to go along with it.

Before anyone asks, yes, this was 100% cut and pasted.
