True, indeed.  The Chinese wines I have been following for the past 10-15 years include Changyu (now "Chateau Changyu"), Grace Vineyard, Great Wall, Henan Wine, Ao Yun (ridiculously priced).  Some French and Australian consultants are, I hope, helping with quality.

Now, a "Judgment of HK," there's an idea!
