I sampled this today and thought it was wonderful and will share this recipe:

4 Chicken breasts
2 cups of heavy cream
1 tsp butter
olive oil
Chipotle chili spices
Molasses
balsamic vinegar
garlic powder
tomato puree

First, flatten the chicken breasts.

Heat butter and olive oil in a saute pan.

Throw chicken in the pan and saute for 4-5 minutes and then flip over to other side and do it for another 4-5 minutes.

Remove chicken from pan.

In pan, add heavy cream and the remaining ingredients and stir, reduce by 33% before turning off heat.

Serve sauce on top of chicken on top of pasta (if preferred).

I made this last night and it turned out terrific. Very easy, very good.

The seasoning I found out is a premixed seasoning sold at a store called Central Market. (Whole Foods may have a premixed seasoning also)

However, the sauce, since it should have been made with heavy cream, seemed too rich for me, so I made it with three quarters heavy cream and one quarter milk, but it was still too rich for me.

Other than that, it was perfecto. Smile
