I have an extra temperature controlled wine unit and need to find a use for it before it forces me to buy more wine . I was thinking it might make a good cheese storage unit but don't know much about such things. It can maintain 45-50 F with %80 relative humidity.
Is this adequate, and will it provide any benfit over a fridge, for cheese storage? What types of cheeses will benifit? What about cured meats, pate, or anything besides cheese? Thanks.
