I am arranging a tasting tour for my parents in Napa next week, and would like to provide them with a unique tasting experience at a premier Cabernet producer. I arranged a similar trip last Fall, and they visited Neal Family and Pride, so the bar has been set pretty high.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'm not sure what you consider "Premier," but I had a wonderful experience at tiny little Chateau Boswell a few months ago. They were pouring their 2001 Cherryblock Vyd. Reserve Cabernet. Great stuff. Not well know, but quaint and beautiful, with great wine.

Far Niente is now acccepting limited individual tours and they can send you over to their sister winery, Nickel & Nickel.

Both are wonderful and certainly offer nice Cabs, not to mention the beautiful facilities.
