Im looking for suggestions on which cheeses and which appetizers would best be matched with Pinotage. Does anyone have any recomendations/experience? Thanks
Did you check some South African culinary sources to see if there is a traditional match in the wine's home of origin? As I've stated before, I usually go to the source, as I've found wine/food arise mutually in various cultures and the people who make the wine will be the best to tell you what they eat with it.
