Had my first experience with Berkshire pig this weekend and it was amazing. Pork loin was melt in your mouth tender. I paired it with a 2005 Kosta Browne Russian River Valley. I think the richness of the KB overpowered the delicate pork. Next time I think a nice crisp white burg. will do the trick. Anyone else have a good paring with the so called “kobe pig”?
