Sunday - Smoked Pork Ribs & Steamed Broccoli  

Grilled prime filets and green beans sautéed with freeze-dried shallots.

Sauerbraten, Noodles, asparagus

Tilefish sauteed with lemon, garlic and butter over farfalle with garlic, mushrooms and parmesan

Stef made 2 kinds of pizza crust and we had 3 pizzas

Deep dish - cheese and tomato sauce

Thin - margherita style pizza and a white pizza with a garlic/parmesan cream base with ricotta and mozzerla

smoked sausages, roast potaotes, grilled zucchini w. mint & sherry vinegar in the backyard with vajra rose.

Steamed claims with chorizo and tons of garlic

Duck leg confit with sauteed mushrooms, cippolinis, sweet peas and frisee

Grilled salmon, Zuchini, Baked tater

I made Shepherds Pie

Paneer Manchuri appy, then Chicken jalfreji and lamb saag from the local Indian joint.

Atypical warm weather dinner. Noticed a small container of red meat sauce in the freezer yesterday. Tossed with angel hair for an easy, yummy meal.

Last night was grilled filet mignon, roasted potatoes, and ratatouille.

Grilled burgers and sautéed green beans on tap for dinner tonight. 

Last 2 days:

BBQ chicken leg quarters with baked potatoes and roasted asparagus

Sweet and sour meatballs with rice and baked zucchini chips

Last night: tomato, cucumber and red onion salad along with fontina and fig jam on sliced Italian bread.

Masaman Curry with shrimp

Sauteed bar jack over fettuccine with mushrooms zucchini and goat cheese

Last night homemade thin pizza - one red with mozz and roasted garlic; the other white with a roasted garlic puree base and mozz, ricotta and parmesano reggiano

Tonight lamb chops and chicken wings on the grill

Pork chops, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes all on the grill.

Flannery rib cap.  And Brussels sprouts.

Conch Chowder, Carribbean [sp??] ribs, tuna poke

Mushroom Bourekas (store bought but delicious anyway)

Yellowtail snapper with sauteed mushrooms, garlic and shallots

Grilled Salmon, Bacon sauteed sprouts, Greek Salad, Cantalope sorbet

I went by a local farm today and loaded up on corn. Tonight I'm trying Kansas City Cheesy Corn, to go with BBQ beef ribs. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Bruschetta, pickles (homemade), roasted red pepper, chorizo and Parano cheese.

3 types of homemade pizza.  Deep dish with pesto and goat cheese.

Margherita pizza baked on pizza stone on the smoker - 

Red sauce, with some pesto roasted garlic and mushroom in the oven on a pizza stone.

Pizza on the smoker was tasty but was logistically difficult and did not crisp up sufficiently.  Was the loser of the night
