2015 Liquid Farm Chardonnay Four
2016 Ramey Hyde Chardonnay
Juicy, citrusy lovely creamy mouthfeel
2004 Bollinger Champagne R.D. Extra Brut
2014 Paolo Scavino Barolo Carobric
2009 Outpost Cab Sauv
2006 Cordero di Montezemolo Monfalletto
2017 Il Borro Pian di Nova Toscana IGT
Castelveder Brut Franciacorta - 100% Chardonnay. Very fine bead and if served blind would have thought it to be an excellent grower Champagne
2015 Querce Bettina Riserva - Firstly I must state my bias for this producer. With that said this is a absolutely fantastic wine. May be the best since the ethereal 2004. Has everything you expect from a Brunello but in spades. A monumental wine for this estate.
2019 Argiolas Vermentino di Sardegna Costamolino
1999 Chateau Pavie

Of course it's too soon but worth it. But I'm holding onto more.

@steve8 posted:Great?? Like 96 great as per JS? I have a single bottle on the way so I may have to open it as soon as it arrives to try it. That said there doesn't seem to be much inventory left around if I want to buy more.
93 points for me. You’ll like it. It’s dense and quite seductive.
Perfect wine to drink on May 12th when Arsenal beats Chelsea.
2017 Bruno Giacosa Roero Arneis
1999 Fanti BdM - This was the first vintage that Fanti turned to making BdM in a fruity extracted style in an effort to gain popularity. It worked too as WS gave it 98 points.
This vintage has held up well, unlike some of the later vintages (e,g, 2001) which aged ungracefully.
Recently
2018 Cesar Marquez Perez, Bierzo, Las Firmas, Valtuille
Recommended by VinT. Delicious but people who don't like wines with bright, high acidity should run away.
2018 Leon Beyer, Gewurztraminer
Very good gewurz. Medium bodied. An anti-ZH gewurz.
2017 DeMorgenzon, Maestro, White
Excellent. A blend of roussanne, grenache blanc, chenin blanc, chardonnay and viognier. I can see myself reaching for this one often this summer.
2019 Cantina Girlan, Pinot Bianco, Alto Adige
Another one I can see myself quaffing regularly in the summer.
2018 Casanova di Neri, Rosso di Montalcino
This was delicious but was actually better without food than with. Bit of an anomaly for a sangiovese.

I’m finding the ‘18 RdM’s to be delicious one of my favorite vintages in a while

Two from New Zealand
Recently:
2006 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne - consistently brilliant
2020 Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc - painfully young but lots of promise for 6-10 years down the road; MUCH better on night two
2010 Giovanni Manzone Barolo Bricat - delicious after an hour in the glass, but no doubt it’ll be even better in 4 or 5 years

Dashed across the border before it closes tonight to get some of this today, on your recommendation. Had it with burrata, beefsteak tomato, suite balsamic and fresh chewy bread. Not bad.
2007 Domaine du Pegau Cuvée reservee cdp( at peak drinking beautifully)
