it's a very good pairing with the cumin spices.
the earthy notes from the cumin mixes well with the citrus and the sugar in the carrots and raisins pairs very nicely the raw onions and cilanto in the pico.

mneeley, I've tried roasting turkey breasts before and they often dry out on me. Do you do anything specific to keep the meat moist, like it would be if roasting the whole bird? Thanks in advance.
