While on vacation a few weeks ago on the Amalfi coast I came across and subsequently fell in love with the white fish called "Pezzogna". I would love to get some here and prepare a awesome fish dinner. Has anyone seen or had this fish here in the USA? If you have never tried it, and have the chance I highly recommend it. It is one of the best pieces of fresh fish I have ever had. (A good chef certainly does make the difference) Any info is appreciated.
