What's the chatter like out there about the death at the S.F. Zoo? I've been following all the news, and it's a fascinating case. Possibly stupid young men, a tiger doing what a tiger does. I wonder if the water cooler chit-chat out there is similar to that after the Diane Whipple (who was most certainly not stupid) dog mauling incident several years ago.

de-credidation and bankruptcy is what I hear from this side of the states.

They'll probably raise taxes to pay for the wrongful death claim and bring the zoo up to code, give the employees a $1.00 raise and an extra weeks' PTO.

The hits just keep on coming for the SF Zoo: Clicky. A piece of advice for the PR department at the zoo: Don't bother with two-weeks notice, just quit now.

I can see Padres fan running Zoo-smack during Giants games next season.
