It all depends on what you consider new. The restaurant scene hasn't changed a lot in the past year or two. I wrote a story about where to eat in Napa for the magazine last year - link listed below - and in addition to those recommendations, you might also consider Pillar and Zuzu, both in the city of Napa.
...hey red vino...n.v. is right downtown Napa at 1106 First St. I would describe it as seasonal California fare. There seems to be a touch of Asian and sometimes French in a few of their dishes. A well known chef named Peter Halika owns it. There is also a new place called Redd in Yountville. Richard Reddington, from Masas and Auberge owns it. I haven't been there but have heard some great things about it also.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
