Any good wine shop in Czech, Germany, Austria, Hungary????

European wine shops tend to be very protectionists. In Italy you find italian wines, in Spain, spanish wines and so forth. Good luck finding bordeaux east of the Rhine. You can find some good Gruner Vetliners and TBA's in Vienna in a little shop on the left side of the cathedral. In Prague stay away from Czech wines, this is beer coutry. Stick to water if need be...

Look here for a recommended shop in Vienna. This link will provide you with 4 shops in Budapest. Those posts will also provide you with plenty of information about restaurants, hotels and things to do. Not sure how much Bordeaux you will come across though.

Amen. Budvar on tap is simply amazing (and cheap). The bottled stuff you get in the US does not do justice to Czech pilsner.
