I'm due to begin the WSET Diploma course on Jan 21st in Manhattan. I was wondering if there was anybody out there who will be taking the same class. Or perhaps there is someone out there who has already completed the course?

I have actually been trying to figure out how to take these exams myself. I have seriously considered flying to London and taking the intensive course and exams (1-4) over a two week period. Then the long process of Master of Wine.

The week-long intensive route seems absolutely insane to me. I received my materials for the first year of study and they are quite extensive. I simply cannot imagine cramming all of the material into one week.
Is there anyone else in the NYC area taking the WSET Diploma beginning in January??
