Not tasted in several years.Decanted 45 min prior to drinking. Color has begun to lighten. Light ruby. Nose is more like Pauillac than Cali Cab. Notes of cigar box and leather mixed in with red fruit.This wine has evolved a considerable amount. Medium body with the same qualities on the palate. Long supple finish. At its peak. I will drink my other 4 in the next 12-18 months.Very Good.

Your notes are very similar to mine. This wine is no longer improving but should hold well for two to three years.

Consistent with my recent tastings. Have 3 left that I have moved to the front burner.

I would call this wine elegant and is very food friendly.
