Vintage 2020 Excellent Verdicchio from steel, aged 6 months on the lees, today it is ready and round. Pale straw yellow with a wide and elegant nose of white fruits and flowers, thyme, anise and the characteristic peeled almond. Medium-bodied mouth, equipped with all the elements perfectly integrated with each other, the usual saline barrier makes it agile and slender, medium finish
persistence. This 2020 is ready to drink but can wait a couple of years. For some years now, the Verdicchio wines from Tenuta di Tavignano have been one of my favorite white wines from the Marche region, but when they don't exaggerate with structure and glycerin, preferring mineral elegance as in this Misco 2020, they are the top. 90pt.
